How Does The Service Work? |

Detailed Dishes will provide tasty, fragrant, and appetizing meals by providing menu planning, shopping for the freshest ingredients, and preparing your preferred selections in our commercial kitchen and delivered to you. For catering, during the initial interview for your event we will discuss food and menu preferences and select your event's menu. We will identify an appropriate area for your meals to be prepared in our mobile commercial kitchen. Your menu items will be prepared on site and served by our experienced and professional wait staff. No longer will you have to worry about cold or dry food at your events. Chef Scott always shops for the freshest ingredients for your event or our weekly meal delivery service. For our weekly meal delivery service customers, each meal will be clearly labeled and individually packaged, and you will be provided with complete heating instructions. We will deliver your order to either your home or office in a cooler to maintain your food's freshness. If necessary, many of the meals can be frozen to be heated and served at a later time. |
